We are currently looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of a Customer Service Representative to join our team for upcoming events in the Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon and Penticton area! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Knowledge of the site being worked and site-specific job duties. Deportment- complete site-specific uniform always worn. (Uniform provided) Customer service. Zero use of personal cell phone while on duty Respectful use of site equipment i.e., phones, radio, and scanners. Supporting other staff when needed i.e., signing staff in, manning of gates. Ticket taking, Gate/ Door Access. Help people find their seats. Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. REQUIREMENTS: Good communication skills. Customer service experience. Good time management and organizational skills. Patience and good listening skills. Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
