The Role: Auto Retention Specialist Summary You will provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients . You will advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to personal lines insurance. You will identify gaps in our clients coverage and you will offer solutions , proactively and creatively, using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal Commercial Lines. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals. Qualifications Skills required for this position include interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, empathy, ability to solve problems, typing, ability to handle rejection and ability to meet retention goals Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions Level 1 General Insurance license Willingness to obtain a Level 2 license Experience with ICBC Autoplan Insurance Ease with technology and ability to use multiple computer programs concurrently The employment offer is contingent upon completion of a successful background check.
