Service Center Manager 
Service Center Manager (SCM)Position Job Description The Service Center Manager position is the main person responsible for supervising all other positions in the shop. SCMs are required to oversee all shop policies and procedures as well as directing Assistant Service Center Managers in their duties. The Service Center Manager duties include the following: Hiring and enrollment of all new employees into the GCOC system Creating the staff schedules to meet shop requirements Enforcement of all shop Labour and Safety Standards Enforcement of all SuperPro procedures during vehicle service Supervising in store and GCOCU training progress for new employees Maintaining employee timeclock in POS for payroll purposes Controlling product purchasing and inventory management Addressing customer complaints and finding resolutions Directing and training of ASCMs for future SCM roles Team building and staff conflict resolution General support for all other positions To apply please email resume to: robert@oilchangevi.com To listen to a live presentation January 31st, 2022 at 2:00pm and learn more about the above opportunity please visit: https://events.blackpress.ca/greatervictoria to register.
