Our Story: Since our humble beginnings 30 years ago, CSFS has grown to almost 300 employees providing services to 11-member Nations. CSFS is mandated to establish a comprehensive infrastructure for social, health and legal programs, for the eventual take-over of these services, consistent with the Tribal Council's objective of working towards Indian Self-Government. We deliver all services in accordance with our great law of sharing wealth set in our Bah lats (potlatch) system. In this role, you will get to: Research, gather materials and present on Carrier Sekani Nation culture and traditional laws Work with local knowledge holders to identify unique culture in each community Liaise with CSFS programs and community members to identify individual family and community cultural support needs to achieve metnal, emotional, physical, spiritual and social well-being Assist CSFS programs and services to meet its goals of enhancing Carrier Sekani nation colture integration with western model What You Will Bring to The Role: Minimum of two years of health program management experience Diploma in health or Human Services preferred The Locations: Burns Lake , a small community with big aspirations and determination is the economic hub for the Lakes District.
