Position: Landscape Construction Crew Leader Salary: 25-35$hr C2 Biz has grown from one piece of equipment to a company with over 50 operators servicing the Okanagan for the past 9 years. We are looking for team members who are passionate, dedicated, and attentive to the details of installing high end landscape projects in the Kamloops and surrounding area. Job Duties and Requirements: Create a positive and strong work environment for all crew members and personnel on site. Supervise and motivate a crew to complete a variety of landscaping/construction tasks. You will lead and organize all crew members to achieve the desired design goal and target on time and efficiently. Solve onsite problems with Clients as they come up. Communicate with Project Manager/Designer when necessary. Projects may include but not limited to: Planting Trees, Shrubs. Installing Rock/Mulch beds, Sod, Paving stones, Retaining Walls, Water Features and Landscape Lighting etc. Experience using machine equipment. Ex: Skid steer, Mini Excavator, Small power equipment etc. Irrigation experience is an asset. Crews will be required to install or repair basic irrigation systems. Provide new employees with on-the-job training and enforcement of regulations related to Health Safety, equipment operating and proper work standards. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a landscape foreman or supervisor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Standard First Aid certification is required.
