CITY OF TERRACE <br> <br>NOTICE CITY OF TERRACE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT TAKE NOTICE THAT an application has been made to amend Schedule “A” (Zoning Bylaw Text) of Zoning Bylaw No. 2069-2014. THE SUBJECT LAND: The application affects those portions of the lands, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as: Lot 2, District Lot 362, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 8897 (5130 Highway 16 West) THE INTENT: To amend section 12.4.2 Site Specific Permitted Uses of the C3 - Service Commercial Zone by adding the following: I. “Manufacturing, Light, limited to the assembly of light duty electric vehicle conversion kits and the research and development of electric vehicle systems” to the property legally described as: Lot 2, District Lot 362, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 8897 (5130 Highway 16 West) PURPOSE: To add a light industrial site-specific permitted use at 5130 Highway 16 West, to enable a light duty electric vehicle conversion kit assembly and research facility in conjunction with a vehicle sales, leasing and service operation.
