There will be a celebration of life for the man we all loved and respected, on Sunday, June 9, 2024; at the residence of Rick and Sari Cox @ 4444 Hales Rd, Armstrong. Turn right at the bottom of Hales, go 70m turn left into the long driveway. This will be a casual event to remember the practical joker with a quick wit and speedy backhand, a man who was generous to a fault, a wonderful friend, a dedicated father, and a loving husband. We will be supplying hotdogs, salad, soft drinks (or BYOB) and a campfire – you bring the memories … there will be stories and laughter, music, and photos. If you knew Doug and would like to share in the event, it will commence at approximately 1 pm and run till it’s over.
