Please be advised that Canada Resurgence Developments Ltd. has published a FOM  which will be publicly available for review and comment. FOM 1507 depicts the  locations where harvesting and/or road construction may occur. The  FOM is valid for 3 years and shows areas proposed for cutblock  and road development. The FOM may be relied upon for permits  to harvest a cutblock or construct a road. HAISLA NATION <br> <br>NOTICE OF  HAISLA NATION    NOTICE OF NOMINATION MEETING FOR BY-ELECTION  Notice is hereby given that the Haisla Nation Council has called  a Nomination Meeting on June 20, 2024, in accordance with  the Haisla Nation Custom Election Code (2021), for the purpose  of electors nominating candidates for the Offices of two (2)  Local Resident Councillors, to be elected in the next By-Election  on August 1, 2024, for the remainder of the term of office,  ending June 2025.    NOMINATION MEETING  June 20, 2024  6:00 PM – 9:00 PM  Haisla Recreation Centre  Kitamaat Village, BC  Registered Members who are eighteen (18) years of age and  older as of the date of the By-Election may vote in this Election,  and shall form the Voters List.  Any Elector who is eighteen (18) or older as of the date of the  Nomination Meeting may propose or second the nomination of  any qualified person by submitting a Nomination Form and a  completed, signed, and witnessed Elector Declaration Form to  the Electoral Officer before the time set for the Nomination  Meeting; or in-person at the Nomination Meeting.  Nominees must complete and sign a Notice of Acceptance and  a Declaration of Eligibility, and submit both documents to the  Electoral Officer along with a deposit of $100 no later than June  30, 2024, in order to accept their candidacy.
