We are looking for motivated individuals with a proven track record in office administration. Key responsibilities involve:Dispatching trucksDeal with any queries via phone, email and general correspondenceGeneral bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable processesPrepare and send invoices to vendors and customersProcess payrollMonth end preparation (i.e. bank statement reconciliation, profit & loss, balance sheets)Monitor office supplies and order as needed You will need:Finance administration knowledgeBasic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy (preference of QuickBooks)Excellent communication skills Vihar offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive wages based on experience and knowledge.
