Phyllis was born in Pembroke, Ontario and traveled through her childhood to Germany, Petawawa, Ontario and St. John, New Brunswick. Ever since arriving in Chilliwack in 1977, Phyllis became involved in and loved gardening, camping, softball, photography, reading books and completing cross-word puzzles. Phyllis' love of gardening got her involved with the Gwynne Vaughan Park Society and volunteered her time for work in the park, annual plant sale, and on the board. The Society are going to honour her by planting a memorial tree. The Family would like to thank everyone for their love and support, especially Dr Weatherston, Dr. Zulfigar, Debbie Denault, Chilliwack Home Health, and Cascade Hospice.
