Position: LINE PREP COOK We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about food to join our team. Your role as a Line and Prep cook will include involvement and oversight of the food preparation process, following of recipes in the prepping and making of the selection of the items in the prepared foods case as well as eat-in or take-out hot meal options. You will ensure a positive company image by providing legendary service to customers and team members. Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Kitchen Team Lead and Market Manager with all kitchen functions. Prepare, season and cook food according to standardized recipe, meeting dietary requirements where required. Guide completion of daily prep charts, cook and cool charts and job assignments. Know product availability, preparation, storage and nutritional aspects. Document product transfers, waste and spoilage using appropriate forms. Rotate prep and cooking stations based on scheduling needs. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Clean and maintain station in practicing food safety and sanitation. Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment. Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
