We have an immediate opening for a permanent part-time Receptionist/Office Administrator. Responsibilities to include incoming phone calls, greeting clients, digital archiving and electronic filing, deposits, and other general office duties as required.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years office experience, be proficient in Word, have strong literacy and typing skills, and a positive, upbeat, professional attitude. Experience in an accounting office would be an asset. Flexibility in work schedule is available.
