Position: Temporary Full-Time Residence Worker Location: Penticton, BC Hours: 3 x 24 HR live-in shifts per week Wage: $293.56 per day; as per collective agreement Summary : In this position, the Residence Worker will be working to support youth with behavioral challenges by assisting with physical, social, and emotional daily life skills development which promotes independence at home and in the community. This position requires implementing strategies for dealing with behavioral challenges through a trauma informed lens. Physical fitness is required as the person served can experience extreme and difficult behaviors.
