Position: Full Time Residence Worker Location: Kelowna, British Columbia Hours: 3 - 24-hour live-in shifts per week (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) Wage: $293.56 per 24-hour shift, as per collective agreement Summary : Axis Family Resources Ltd. is currently recruiting a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Full-Time Residence Worker to work 1:1 with an individual living with special needs. Tasks include daily life skill development, promoting a positive and healthy environment, and helping to navigate social and recreational activities. Experience with developmental disabilities is essential, as this individual is Autistic, non-verbal, and aggressive. Resiliency, healthy boundary setting, empathy, and patience are qualities of individuals who find success in this role.
