Full-time Accounting Position Responsibilities to include: Semi-monthly payroll Submitting various vendor pricing claims Accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger Deposits, bank reconciliations, government remittances General office duties Successful applicant to possess the following skills: 3 years accounting and administrative experience, including payroll processing Proficient in Outlook and Excel and accounting software, Sage 300 preferred Must be able to meet deadlines in high volume, fast paced environment Strong organizational and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and in co-operation with other team members Wages, benefits and annual bonus to be discussed.
