Air Operations Support 
A Career with the Reserve Force JOB TITLE - Air Operations Support Members of the Reserve Force generally work part-time for a Reserve unit in their community. They are not posted or required to do a military move. However, they can volunteer to move to another base. They may also volunteer for deployment on a military mission within or outside Canada. As a reservist, the choice to go is always voluntary. The main role of the Reserve Force is to support the Regular Force at home and abroad. Opportunity As an Air Operations Support Non Commissioned Member (NCM) in the Canadian Armed Forces, you will be part of the 19 Air Reserve Flight Comox team responsible for supporting Search and Rescue Technicians and Parachute Riggers at 442 Squadron ensuring that all supplies and services necessary for Forces operations are available when and where they are required.
